Shipping Manager

Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set of I/E documents & L/C documents, custom declaration independently


• Liaise and coordinate with customers, forwarders, factories and warehouse for shipment arrangement


• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements in routing and delivery


• Monitor shipment schedule to meet customer’s requirements 


• Conduct regular review on shipping workflow and provide solution for performance improvement

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above


• 5 years’ hands-on experience in handling full set of shipping documents ,L/C, I/E and banking


• Must market in Japan/Asia company experience in trading field, Forwarder experience is also perfer


• Solid knowledge of Multiable/SAP system as well as E-Systems of Tradelink and HK Customs is an advantage 


• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 


• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills 


• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese 


• Immediately available is highly preferred
