Job Description

• Developing new components for our innovative platform for solving problems with large volumes of text-based data.
  
• Develop rapid prototypes to test potential approaches in areas such as search, text mining, machine learning, graph technology, or others suited to your skill set.
  
• Engaging with the team to continually improve systems, practices, and documentation while working to deliver excellent customer support.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Have extensive experience of designing and developing web-based solutions using java 17, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs in a fast-paced, agile environment
  
• Display confidence to own tasks, work with technical and business stakeholders and see things through
  
• Possess experience with AWS (principally EC2, S3), CI/CD, working with DevOps in Linux-based environments
  
• Have understanding and experience of deploying code in containers, e.g. docker
  
• Have experience in Object Orientated concepts and design patterns
