Job Description - Solutions Support Specialist

Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries on application products;
  • Providing application support services on system testing, product deployment and Tier 1-2 troubleshooting;
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs;
  • Coordinate with other team members.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or equivalent;
  • 1 year relevant experience;
  • Work experienced in customer service is an advantage;
  • Knowledge in MySQL, Java, Oracle, Web application is an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Self-motivated, work independently, good analytical and problem solving skill;
  • Customer service oriented, cooperative, good team player;
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong financial market is a plus.
