Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the office leasing and decoration of business lines, as well as the overall project life cycle management of subsequent operation and maintenance 2. Combined with the office characteristics and needs of each business line, determine office space solutions and workplace planning plans, and implement office relocation and adjustment. while ensuring that costs and expenses are reasonable and compliant 3. Support the workplace space needs of each business line within the company, understand the needs and characteristics of office space use for each business, provide reasonable and personalized space use suggestions for the business, and collaborate with relevant departments to support each business line. Implementation of various needs (such as workstation space needs, meetings, storage space needs, etc.) 4. Regularly summarize and analyze support projects, and continuously optimize project communication channels and information synchronization mechanisms.
Qualifications
1. Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above, experience in project management, space management or facility operation management, or professional knowledge in real estate are preferred 2. Good at proactive thinking, able to have a keen insight into national policies, market changes and business development strategies, and fully understand the company's overall space planning plans and strategies 3. Possess cost awareness, user perspective, and be strict with the time, quality and cost of real estate delivery projects Check the project risks and be able to sensitively identify and respond quickly to project risks 4. Clear ideas, careful and meticulous, strong execution ability, affinity, can cooperate friendly and efficient with various teams, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure 5. Have good English Reading and writing skills, good communication and expression skills.
