DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a few luxury/fashion brands that specialize in high-end footwear, leather goods, and ready-to-wear. They are looking for multiple Store Supervisors to join their stores. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion retail and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the store, including sales activities, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies in product presentation, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Train and onboard new staff members, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on store performance and key metrics.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for fashion and excellent knowledge of luxury/fashion products and brand philosophy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required.
