Job Description - Strategic Ecosystem Sales

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Ecosystem Sales: Responsible for the sales development of Volcano Engine's head channels, SI, consulting companies and other strategic partners, explore the business cooperation value between partners and Volcano Engine, formulate feasible business development goals, explore potential sales opportunities, effectively manage the pipeline, be responsible for sales growth indicators, and ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the business 2. Key ISV expansion: expand key ISV technology partners, lead the construction of business cooperation models for ISV ecosystem partners, combine Volcano Engine's advantageous products and services to form joint solutions, and collaborate on joint sales, business opportunity expansion and implementation establish and maintain long-term trust relationships with core decision makers of key ISV partners 3. Industry optimization and innovation: explore opportunities for business and solution optimization and innovation, and continuously precipitate and enhance Volcano Engine's market competitiveness through ISV ecosystem partners 4. Provide partners with training and empowerment on Volcano Engine products and solutions, coordinate internal resources to support partners' projects, and facilitate business cooperation between partners and end customers 5. Systematized and data-based business ideas, maintain communication with products and solutions, and be able to assist the team in continuously optimizing and improving partner policies and strategies and optimizing business models based on business adjustments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years of experience in customer sales or ecological channel development in the field of information technology, especially in the field of cloud computing/artificial intelligence/big data. Preference will be given to those with experience in both customer sales and partner development. 2. Priority will be given to those with top partner resources for cloud computing/artificial intelligence/big data products priority will be given to those with knowledge in ISV, SAAS, big models and other fields. 3. Independent call high ability, complete effective business and technical exchanges, influence and accelerate decision-making 4. Keen sales sense and excellent communication skills, excellent resource connection, integration, linking thinking and business closed-loop ability 5. Quick learning, strong execution, cross-team collaboration and project management capabilities, strong self-drive 6. Open ecological business thinking.
