The applicants should: 

(a)   Possess a proper university degree in majors relevant to Marketing, such as Business, Psychology, Economics, and Statistics. Other majors will be considered as well;

(b)  Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, as well as spoken Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); 

(c) Have good people skill and proactive work attitude;

(d)  Have the ability to assist in tutorials, laboratory/ practical classes, compilation of course materials, and other academic activities under guidance; and 

(e)  Be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Skills in programming and using statistical software such as SPSS, R or Python and survey software such as Qualtrics will be a bonus. Relevant office experience, including internship, will also be an advantage.
