Roles & Responsibilities

1 .Responsible for the planning and implementation of international/domestic comprehensive e-sports events under Tencent E-sports, collaborating with relevant teams to complete event operations, and combining event highlights and high-quality content to continue to promote the growth of users and enhance the influence of the event
2. According to the theme and direction of the e-sports event, combined with user needs, discover event highlights, plan operational activities, and formulate full-stage refined operation strategies based on the hosting cycle
3. Combine event data, hot topics, and user suggestions to quickly analyze the event Conduct analysis, optimize event strategies, provide timely market feedback, and accumulate experience and methods.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in e-sports or gaming industry, passionate about e-sports or traditional sports events, and extensive experience in games and events
2. Have experience in the management and operation of large-scale e-sports events, strong logical ability, strong program planning capabilities and content hotspot capturing capabilities
3. Serious and responsible work attitude, ability to long-term learning and multi-threaded tasks Management ability, strong execution and promotion ability, strong sense of teamwork
4. Have strong written work ability and English communication ability in Chinese and English.
