Job Description - Tmall Global-Beauty Personalization Care-Content Marketing

1. Based on Tmall International's beauty and personal care industry Understanding of target strategies and insights into the consumer market, integrating internal and external marketing resources and various marketing methods (including marketing methods/content channels/media matrix, etc.), planning and organizing category node marketing activities, and improving the B/ of key categories in the industry C influence drives business growth. 2. Establish joint marketing with merchants, combine brand marketing events to match brand IP resources on the site, and combine internal and external teams and resources to carry out new product incubation and new product marketing to help drive merchant business growth. 3. Have the ability to coordinate and plan the entire marketing project, be familiar with the layout and strategies of online and offline resources, connect various resources through marketing projects and ensure the smooth implementation of each activity module, and help merchants achieve effective resource input and output. 4. Understand customers, understand the platform, and be good at integration and coordination. Actively think about merchants' demands and explore solutions, optimize the link innovation model based on the platform's own conditions, plan industry marketing projects around cross-border thinking, and establish and demonstrate Tmall International's industry influence in beauty and personal care. , 1. Those who have been engaged in Internet marketing, e-commerce market, marketing communication and other related work for more than 2-3 years, active thinking, innovative spirit, experience in the beauty and personal care industry, or talents specializing in marketing communication are preferred. 2. Have strong market insight, strategic thinking, data analysis capabilities and project management (PM) capabilities. Combine with Taobao's marketing IP to help brands achieve consumer marketing and operational goals, and continue to promote the brand's resource investment. 3. Be good at exploring trend categories and trend market opportunities, and increase industry scale by incubating and cultivating new products and trend categories. 4. Have the ability to learn quickly, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to collaborate and communicate with multiple business parties, have strong integration and linking capabilities, be good at communication and promotion, and be able to quickly implement results.
