Job Duties

• Assist corporate service team to manage project goals and objectives, assess client needs and expectations, and recommend event elements, program strategy, and budget efficiencies.
• Support the detailed day-to-day operations of preparing for varies event (meeting / conference / gala dinner / incentives program/ other special event/ VIP personal travel arrangement)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required
• Assist travel related arrangement s
• Other clerical & ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferred in hospitality, event management
• Diploma/DSE Graduates with high interest and intention in travel & event management industry will also be considered
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the events/travel industry 
• Fresh graduates/ candidates without relevant experience may also be accepted for a junior post.
