Job Description - Vice President, Digital Governance and Services

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital governance related projects under digital business user department 
- Understand and handle digital related regulatory guidelines (e.g. SPM TM-E-1), external and internal risk control requirements and procedures.
- Lead overall management of digital governance related projects and work with cross functional team throughout the whole development cycle from user requirement formation, functional specification, comprehensive end-to-end UAT planning and execution and execution management
- Ensure processes or project deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standard
- Work very closely with developers, end users, frontline support and control units to ensure projects aligned a proper control standard
- Handle and followup day-to-day eBanking channel customer reporting and problem fixing
- Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese; good commend of Putonghua a plus
- Identify and make suggestion for improvements according to regulatory guideline or circular
- Ensure the customer journey is seamless with customer centric design
- Compile market reports and benchmarking for business opportunities exploration to achieve digital KPI
- Perform ad hoc duties and assignment per direction and interests from management

Requirements

- University graduate in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce, risk management or related discipline
- At least 12 years of working experience on digital channel development and governance in banking/finance industry
- Solid knowledge of digital banking, remote channels (internet, mobile) and latest fintech trend
- Solid experience in project management and data analytics for digital channel performance management
- Strong understanding in regulatory guidelines and risk control on digital channel
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
- Demonstrate strong analytical skill
- Experience in managing sizable digital governance projects with tracked results
- Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and independently
- Proficiency in JIRA, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
