Job Responsibilities:

• Manage existing portfolio and maximize business opportunities
• Pitch deals and solicit business opportunities
• Be responsible for comprehensive credit applications to obtain credit approval
• Manage the whole deal process and collaborate with all internal departments for the deal execution, drawdown and post-monitoring
• Perform periodic review for the key accounts to report and control the risks

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• 6 years of experience in Corporate Banking in Relationship Management
• Familiarity in Real Estate and PE Funds with rich deal knowledge for Real Estate Finance is highly preferred
• Strong credit sense and excellent English writing for credit proposal
• Customer-oriented with passion to cultivate business relationship
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• junior candidate with less years of experience will also be considered
