The CompanyOur client is a foreign financial institution that is expanding. They are looking for a motivated and independent professional to join them.The RoleManage end-to-end recruitment process: job ads, sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.Handle candidate correspondences, shortlisting, reference checks, and post-interview feedback.Support internship and part-time recruitment programs, liaise with institutions, and arrange logistics.Coordinate career fairs, talks, and site visits.Communicate with external parties and maintain candidate database.Utilize various recruitment channels and propose new initiatives based on market trends.Update employee information in HRIS.Coordinate monthly payroll, timesheets, and onboarding.Review processes for improved efficiency.Support performance management, employee relations, and compensation & rewards.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Handle employee relations to minimize business risks.Maintain data integrity in HRIS.Contribute to diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.Your ProfileDegree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline3-5 years' relevant HR experienceExperience in mass recruitment would be advantageousAbility to work independently and autonomouslyAdapt in startup environment, proactive and team playerResilient and demonstrates ability to learn from experienceSelf-discipline, personal initiative, and passion for changeStrong communication skills and interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levelsFully comfortable working in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
