Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily expenses and petty cash, including rent, insurance, and other recurring costs
- Handle office administrative tasks such as document handling, scanning, and miscellaneous office purchases
- Maintain inventory and performance reports
- Process payroll (including promoter hourly wages and performance bonuses), MPF calculations, and annual income tax filings
- Manage various contracts
- Estimate order quantities, place orders with headquarters, and track order progress
- Coordinate customs clearance and transportation for incoming shipments
- Liaise with advertising agencies for window displays, direct mail printing, and commercial photography
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or a related field
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the local jurisdiction
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in office software including spreadsheets, word processing, and accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
