Develop and roll out effective partner collaboration and segment-led proposition initiatives driven by customer insights and data analytics to build customer loyalty and increase our share of wallet.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify, solicit and establish collaborations with value-added service providers to innovate on proposition to strategic segments. Collaborate with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to design for differentiating marketing activities, engagement tools and privileged offers that create customer engagement opportunities and enrich propositions.Be the focal point for marketing platforms of value-adding partnership offers to facilitate frontline with customer engagement opportunities, including development of offer materials, customer journey, monitor and report internal and external feedback, to handle and management of enquiries.Provide marketing and distribution support on proposition projects to achieve customer KPI.Stay abreast of latest trends and developments in customer engagement. Constantly benchmark with the market to identify actionable improvements and convert into new initiative ideas.Job RequirementsDegree holder5+ years of working experience in Marketing (preferably from financial institution)Strong interpersonal skill and teamworkWell-rounded experience in partnership, marketing promotions and segment managementExcellent in content development and customer communications Experience in managing different stakeholders (internal and external)Fluent in English and Chinese for written and spoken
