Reporting directly to the Co-Head of Global Marketing, this position is part of our dynamic global marketing team, focused on devising and executing strategies to bolster our presence worldwide (excluding China, Japan, and South Korea). Roles & Responsibilites Develop and execute demand-generation marketing campaigns and plans including emails, social media, SEM, SEO and press releases for core product lines, new products, seasonal programmes as per the timelines and targets. Manage and liaison with agencies to drive new business growth via effective SEO / Sem campaigns. Produce and manage the marketing collateral including emails, social media multi-media content, landing pages, sales media kits, flyers, client testimonials and many more. Work closely with the sales teams and the account management teams to produce marketing campaigns that generate quality leads for our products and services. Leverage freelancers and new technologies to produce and distribute thought-leadership content through multiple channels (newsletters, social media, etc.) and eventually grow audiences and generate sales demand. Review and monitor marketing campaign performance regularly for campaign performance improvement. Produce regular marketing performance reports for senior management. Take on other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, English languages, journalism, communication, or any other relevant field. Advanced English copy-writing skills are a must. 5+ years of track record in producing and managing marketing campaigns with multiple marketing tactics. Prior hands-on experience in marketing technologies (e.g. HubSpot) is preferred. Organised, accountable, ambitious, hardworking, eager to learn, result-driven and proactive Immediate availability is highly preferred. The candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Senior Marketing Specialist.
