Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers. The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager. Principal Responsibilities As part of the execution team, participate in campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition for HSBC Wealth proposition - and with flexibility to also involve in Affluent campaigns such as HSBC Premier/ Premier Elite, and support HSBC's ambition to become the #1 Wealth Manager of HK. Drive awareness through paid, owned and earned media. Work towards meeting key marketing and business KPIs to drive customer and business outcomes across all the wealth products as required - Securities, SP & Bonds, Wealth Portfolio Lending, Wealth FX, Unit Trusts, Wealth Planning tools, etc. Work effectively with Wealth Product team as well as all cross-functional teams involved with HSBC Wealth - Propositions, Social team, etc.) driving positive collaboration and synergy to achieve desired results - Develop effective programme strategies and mechanics to drive HSBC Wealth Marketing both internal and externally to drive stronger brand equity and required business outcomes Ensure that HSBC brand comes across as a thought leader and credible financial planning and wealth partner in Hong Kong. Support the ambition of HSBC to own Wealth in the mindset of its customers Work with the team to drive creative and media agencies for campaign development, and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective coordination for the rollout of initiatives Monitor and analyse campaign performance and market trends, and implement actions for improvement Responsible for marketing creative development and governance, including agency management. Ensure marketing communications to HSBC customers uphold the highest standards within the bank. Apply internal and external insights and data points to develop and execute Wealth Marketing strategies to achieve the business and brand objectives Requirements University graduate in business studies or marketing is preferred Experience in a marketing role of no less than 6 years, with a good understanding of banking products would be highly preferred Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment Proficient in data analysis, project management skills, advertising production and direct marketing with good commercial sense Excellent communication skills – fluent in Cantonese/Chinese (writing) and English. Putonghua would be a plus Think innovatively, strong in shaping and communicating new concepts Highly customer centric by putting customers at the heart of all development and marketing activities A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to perform multi tasks and meet tight deadlines
