Job Requirements

University graduate with 1 year event marketing experience

Enjoy event management

Positive attitude with strong service orientation

Strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of written Chinese and English

Strong PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer

Responsibilities:

Organize and execute company events such as conferences, sales meetings, seminars, exhibitions, luncheons and dinners

Prepare presentations, corporate premiums, souvenirs, trophies and promotion materials

Provide administrative support for the agency database and event library

Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and design houses
