Role description:

Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow

Preparation of tender documentation

Tendering process and tender evaluation

Post-contract administration and management contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report

Finalization of project final accounts

Available Roles at HK Office : Site Surveyor at Airport Area Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor for Project Teams of Public & Private Sectors at Kwun Tong Head Office

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Quantity Surveying

Candidates with 0 to 5 years of working experience in QS are preferred

With technical knowledge Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law

Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage

Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes

Able to work as a team player

Candidate with HKIS or RICS qualification will be consider for Assistant Team Leader or above

Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English

Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
