Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the communication and activation for international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated communication plans for international markets, including social media management, influencer engagement, paid media strategy, and mall activations.

Implement impactful marketing activation initiatives on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally TikTok.

Collaborate closely with creative, media, social, and digital agencies to ensure seamless execution of plans and maximize effectiveness.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of social channels and campaign metrics, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of trends.

Generate insightful reports and strategic recommendations to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.

Assist in budget management to maximize ROI and allocate resources effectively.

Act as a brand guardian, proactively supporting different lines of business (LOBs) by developing and implementing creative assets for communications related to HKDL resort initiatives, including Distribution Marketing, Hotel, Merchandise, Food & Beverage, PR, Technology & Digital, and HR, among others.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, marketing communication or relevant disciplines

Min. of 6 years working experience in PR, marketing or communications industry with solid experience in international marketing promotion, SEA market in particular

Solid background in Advertising & Marketing Communications with previous experience in MNC or large corporate, preferably with regional scope

Hands-on experience to manage social media platforms with abilities to perform post-campaign analysis

Strong project management and executive presentation skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities to work under fast-paced environment

Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with additional Asian languages as advantages
