The individual will support the business to maintain client relationship with existing accounts while expand client base where possible. And, identify cross selling opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams and group affiliates.Franchise DevelopmentDeliver and grow a sustainable, client-focused, flow-oriented business.Maximize profitability from leveraging and enhancing the Group’s customer franchise.Work in partnership with Sales, Trading and Research of MUFG group to deliver products that meet the needs of our clients.Co-work with the relevant teams in other affiliate entities to advance the business globally.In all activities, protect and enhance the firm’s, and the Group’s, reputation.Working in partnership with other parts of the Group to deliver franchise and business growth.Client DevelopmentRegularly communicate with client and precise trade execution/booking.Expand the size and diversity of the client-base.Proactively create trade ideas and new business proposals which meet our client’s needs.Anticipate and meet enquiries (both electronic and voice) from our clients with competitive pricingClearly explain the risks and rewards of our products to our clients, and provide our clients with all the information they need to make an informed judgement about transactions.Promote product placement across a wide range of client types (including Central Bank, Asset Managers, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Hedge Funds and Private Banks worldwide).Promote and implement electronic trading capabilities as required by the trading desks.Promote appropriate cross-market sales opportunities, including providing the Trading and Capital Markets groups with insight into customer flow and potential product demand.Risk ManagementAccurately price all transactions and monitor client risk exposuresManage all relevant counterparty risks within the firm’s risk appetiteAcquire necessary risk approval and proceed with required pre-deal checking prior to trade executionReact to client enquiries in a risk-sensitive manner, ensuring proposed solutions are appropriate for the client and meet the requirements of best execution.Conduct business in line with regulatory requirements (including Volcker, EMIR and MIFID).Requirements:University graduate in Banking/Finance or related discipline.At least 2 years’ experience covering institutional clients.Good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulationsStrong in Rates market knowledge and overall FICC experience preferredAnalytical background with strong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and networking skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence others and sell productsGood command of written and spoken EnglishMUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as “MUFG”) is an equal opportunity employer.
