What you’ll do
Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to a team of sales force
Conduct effective coaching and mentoring sales force to maximize their potential to ensure high performance
Develop and implement strategic business plan for HA sector by conducting territory/ market data analysis
Monitor progress towards sales objectives, promotional program effectiveness and competitor activity
Develop and maintain key internal/ external customer relationships
Essential for the role
University graduate in any discipline
5-8 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry ideally with people management experience
Sales experience in our HA Asthma portfolio
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong goal-orientation, highly self-motivated, meticulous, able to work under pressure
Desirable for the role
Min. 5 years of excellent track record in sales achievement
Innovative and able to develop effective relationships and networks
