About the Role We're now looking for a dynamic Bartender to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay. You will work alongside a supervisor, and prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar. You will also make the guests feel welcome and attend to any requests.
