Role IntroductionReports To: Assistant Marketing ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a content creator to join Cathay Cargo’s Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, producing and distributing compelling B2B content across multiple channels.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Liaising with and sourcing info as an in-house reporter from global teams, preparing and publishing engaging B2B content for the Cargo department on various channels, including social media, internal and external Cargo Clan e-newsletters, website, media responses, trade and client engagement events, and more that contribute to maintaining a world-class global airline’s premium brand reputation and positioning.Assisting at developing and executing our global B2B marketing strategy and various projects, including offline and online advertising, performance marketing, promotion plans, sustainability initiatives and collaborating with different business units to support solutions marketing and sales materials that educate prospects and capture meaningful leads.Supporting on impressive imagery of cargo shipments and events, and managing records of the photo library, awards, EDM/SEO/SEM performances, enquiries from the press, invoices and other collaterals.Working with external suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timeliness, drafting and proofreading communications content in English and Chinese, and handling ad-hoc projects as assigned.RequirementsSuggested requirements:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, business, linguistics, logistics, supply chain, aviation or relevant fieldsExcellent command of English and Chinese with exceptional proofreading and editing skills; good marketing, branding, graphic design and photography senseProactive and creative, with good attention to detail, outstanding coordination skills and can-do spiritAbility to work independently and collaboratively across and outside the organisation at all levels, and highly dependable and responsibleStrong implementation capabilities and performance-driven mind-setsExperience in B2B or MNC setting, aviation, logistics or relevant fields, and/or EDM and website management tools (e.g. AEM) advantageousPersonal & Application InformationCathay Pacific is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
