Responsibilities -Target key issuers, intermediaries and prospected clients to develop a strong pipeline and source new mandates for Corporate Trust and Loan Agency -Win mandates by being fully conversant with Corporate Trust and Loan Agency product characteristics. Initiate and maintain relationship with existing clients and intermediaries at all levels -Work with clients and their advisors to understand deal structures, prepare proposals and set pricing -Work with relevant internal counterparts and teams to seek approvals, and ensure adequate execution and implementation of transactions prior to closing -Build strong internal network with other business units across the bank in different jurisdictions -Perform other ad hoc tasks/ projects as assigned Requirements -Bachelor degree or above in business related discipline -Possess a minimum of 5 years sales experience in corporate trust or related transaction execution role -Solid understanding in capital markets, project finance or M&A market would be beneficial -Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and work to tight timeframes -Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful, flexible and able to perform well under stressful conditions -Strong written and verbalmunication skills and analytical skills -Team player with a sense of responsibility Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
