Relocation package will be provided.What You'll DoYou will lead dynamic HR teams (Recruiting, Employer Branding, People Operations, People Development, Organizational Development, and Talent & Leadership Development) in the APAC region to drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable results, continuous improvement, and their personal development. You will analyze, improve, and disrupt the region’s operational set-up, internal processes, and connected strategies for increased productivity, employee wellness and engagement, and excellence in APAC.You will collaborate closely with the commercial leaders in APAC as well as senior leadership, creating and implementing P&O strategies that are closely aligned to global business objectives.You will champion initiatives and strategies that position Emma as a top workplace in APAC across all levels.Who We're Looking ForYou have at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience in high-performance people teams, consulting, or similar environments. You have a strong passion, ambition, commitment and proven track record in building and growing high functioning teams.
