We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract).
Principal Responsibilities
Reporting line into Senior Manager, Marketing Technology responsible for Marketing Technology across global markets Manage key stakeholders are Global Head of Digital Marketing, Global Head of WPB Marketing, Global Head of MarTech and Platforms, Global Head of Data & Analytics Understand local marketing team’s needs in terms of digital marketing & MarTech and support them to drive their business needs Drive MarTech education across the organization Support MarTech transformation efforts, driving solutions, requirements, and identifying use cases Drive execution of MarTech projects end-to-end Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact Proactively seek innovative areas to help grow the marketing capabilities and enable business solutions Work cross functionally across multiple business lines to solve marketing and business challenges. Cross functional teams include (but not limited to) Marketing, Data & Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, CyberRisk, and subsequent Global, Regional, Local teams KPIs will include meeting commercial outcomes, implementing digital marketing capability, onboarding new tech platforms, and managing partner relationships Requirements
5+ years experience with digital marketing, product management or marketing/advertising technology Experience in key digital channels such as Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, Native, Affiliates and Aggregators Experienced in applying MarTech to drive customer lifecycle or marketing automation, while understanding the value it brings & ability to explain to stakeholders Understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value Be passionate about the customer and be obsessed with customer outcomes Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs Previous experience working in Financial Services, Insurance or FinTech companies is a plus Ability to work cross functionality is a must and the candidate ideally should have experience working directly with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Cyber Risk, Product, and or Business Development teams Highly collaborative and familiar with Agile working methodologies Proven experience in using data and customer insights to drive optimisation towards acquisition goals Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment Able to work in a global capacity, while based in a local office and understand the difference between the two entities while supporting both Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts Ability to speak and write fluently in English, other languages a plusBenefits of working as a Digital Marketing Manager (12 Month Contract) - Wealth & Personal Banking in null Hong Kong Island:
