Job Description Be the overall Wealth and Pension IT solution delivery SPOC related IT initiatives, providing holistic coverage for all deliveries for respective business unitsEnd to end accountability for applications developed and supported.Program management for multiple projects with appropriate governance and controlManage shared service delivery operations.Define, design and support the implementation of the technology architecture and digital roadmap, which can support business vision and objectives.Guide the application, digital and infrastructure delivery teams to ensure that the technology architecture roadmap and related principle and decisions are followed at the time of implementation. Manage strategic vendors to augment technology delivery capabilities.Be responsible for P&L management for the technology portfolio.Job RequirementsMinimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.15+ years of technology experience in a financial services organization, with a minimum of 5 years in leading 20+ team sizeDeep understanding of the pension (MPF) domain. Over 5 years of Industry experience in Pension and/or Financial Services BusinessHands on experience in leading technology operationsDemonstrated experience in developing complex financial services solutions, including digital applications, cloud computing, business transformation, solution architecture and design, etc.Strong vendor management capabilitiesExperience in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and with a broad range of platforms, including transitioning from legacy systems to digitalUnderstanding of common patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures for financial services domainExperience in developing IT roadmaps with senior executives and able to influence and communicate effectively on the adoption of technologies for innovationsProven experience in using Agile approach for development with frequent sprints for business benefits realizationStrong appreciation of and proven commitment to achieving and exceeding business objectives by selecting appropriate technology solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage conversations at all levels of senior managementAbility to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence with businessDemonstrated problem solving, communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the proven ability to negotiate and influence others to obtain desired results.
