We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Sales Manager. Principal Responsibilities Drive EB business by identifying and capturing lead opportunities referred by bank’s relationship managers Meet the annual EB business target assigned Identify customers’ EB needs, conduct suitability test, provide EB product selling, complete application including Need Analysis, KYC, Sales Presentation, Application, ID&V and Onboarding Address and deal with enquiries raised from referral parties, bank’s relationship managers Ensure sales compliance following Bank Group standards and policy Promote product awareness to referral parties, bank’s relationship managers Work closely with EB business development and client management team to onboard customers Requirements University graduate with extensive insurance sales experience with exposure in Group Life and Group Medical products Excellent interpersonal and sales presentation skills Strong communication skills Organized with ability to work independently and effective problem-solving skills Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
