Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets in the general trade channel. Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and formulate strategies to expand market share. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing initiatives. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the general trade segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to maximize profitability. Monitor sales performance and track key sales metrics. Ensure effective distribution and availability of products in the general trade channel. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product availability and delivery. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, with a focus on the general trade channel Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities with customers, distributors, and retailers.
