Job description Job responsiblities:Maintain the existing solutions to expand the company's flow platform capabilitiesDesign new tools for pricing, trade execution, booking, automation and workflowMigrate critical ones to more strategic and robust solutionsCoordinate with various teams including quant, trading, middle office, and sales teams on different subjectsCoordinate with technology teams on systems integrations and migrationsTest, validate, document, and communicate changesJob Requirements:Bachelor degree or above in IT/Computer Science/Information Engineering or related disciplinesAt least 2-3 years of work experiences in software development and have prior work expereiences in financial industryAdequate knowledge about equity derivaties Proficient in advanced programming, preferabliy VBA/Python and APIs and relational databases including SQLPrefereably advanced in scripting (PowerShell), Git, Jira, etcBe detailed-oriented, analytical with excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to speak in English and Mandarin fluently
