Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, such as social media, display network, and content marketing Lead the content and asset development of Middle & Lower Funnel campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners Support omnichannel strategies and collaborate with various channels to improve lead generation and lead conversion Enable segment-led and relevant content delivery with customer data platforms Analyze and identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion Prepare reports and analytics to track the overall performance of lead generation campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs Stay updated with digital trends, the latest marketing technology,petitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in lead generation and lead conversion Minimum Job Requirements: University degree with 6-8 years of relevant working experience in the financial services or related industry Good understanding of customer digital behaviors Proven experience in digital, performance marketing and emerce Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Keen eye for detail; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; ability to multitask Goodmunication, presentation and influencing skills Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English Others: You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
