Responsibilities: Define, build, and implement the target MarTech and emerce ecosystem roadmap. Devise omnichannel strategies and collaborate with channels to maximize lead generation and lead conversion. Develop customer data platforms and media partnerships to enable personalized and relevant content delivery. Ensure the delivery of an excellent and innovative digital experience on our corporate website and emerce site. Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion. Stay up to date with digital trends, the latest marketing technology,petitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing. Job Requirements: University degree with over 12 years working experience in financial services or related industry, at least 8 years of which in a strategic role to drive overall digital marketing & emerce agenda Solid understanding of customer digital behaviors. Proven track record in a wide spectrum of digital marketing disciplines - digital, search, performance marketing and emerce Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to keep abreast of the latest digital trends and marketing technology Strong leadership in managing a team to drive digital marketing and emerce success Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills.
