Job DescriptionSupport the Growth Marketing Team to identify growth opportunities with internal and external data research, develop & optimise relevant channels for revenue growth;Identify market trends and insights by conducting and presenting competitive analysis, consumer & market research and campaign evaluation; Translate business insights into ideas and growth plans;Work closely with both internal teams and external agencies to support and facilitate campaign planning and development to achieve expected performance/KPIs delivery;Effectively manage marketing budget including budget consolidation, tracking and reporting;QualificationsUniversity degree in business, marketing, communications, or related areas1-2 years relevant experience in the related field. Experience in media / digital performance agencies, strategy planning, data analytics or e-commerce in a start-up space is preferredWith a good understanding of the online delivery industry, strong entrepreneurship mindsets & good analytical skillsWell organised, detailed-minded and always eager to push for extra milesBe ambitious & passionate to take on new challenges but humble to learn at the same timeExtremely result-driven and a self-starter.
