Private Banking and Trust Services We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Head of Sales Management and Business Development. Principal responsibilities:
Manage sales management, cost management, business analysis and business development initiatives of Private Banking business
Establish tracking mechanism to ensure effective sales performance
Act as a proactive business partner to business leader and team to drive initiatives, growth, business strategy and profitability via portfolio analysis insights.
Lead operation streamline initiatives and cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization
Manage a team of Client Service Managers to provide effective support to relationship management team and ensure positive customer experience.
Lead the team with performance in line with the Bank value, vision and business focus, and drive transformation and growth
Ensure robust risk assessment, escalation,ernance andpliance aligned with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and growth mindset with seasoned banking and financial services experience preferably in Private Banking business.
Proven track record of sales and cost management, including planning and decision making, prioritizing actions, managing multiple stakeholders to bring business plans to successfulpletion.
Strong leadership, facilitation and collaboration to orchestrate business plans and cases working across different business stakeholders and supporting teams at different levels.
Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities to navigate internal and external contexts, and deal with ambiguities.
Acute sense of business direction and thorough knowledge of PB business to make sound judgement
Highly effective influence andmunication skills, ability to clearly document the current state and the rmendations
Strong oue focus with adaptability and accountability in delivery
Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
