HR AdvisorBasic FunctionThe HR Advisor will support all aspects of human Resources areas such as HRMS, data analysis, HR reporting, employee recruiting, talent management, performance management, succession planning, onboarding programs, general HR policies and procedures, training and development and various ad hoc projects across Asia and AfMEI.This position reports to the HR Manager for Asia O&P, I&D and Supply Chain, Asia Pacific.Roles & Responsibilities• HRBP and Hong Kong Country Operations Support• Learning and Development• Data Analytics• HRMS System• Other Support -Participate in HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assignedMin.
