Responsibilities

Handle staff recruitment exercise, advertisement preparation, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, and preparing for employment contracts, etc.

Work closely with front-line managers for recruitment needed

Plan, organize and facilitate HR projects related to employee relations, employee engagement and company cultural program

Coordinate and facilitate training program such as new joiners’ orientation, staff training workshops

Responsible for the maintenance of personal file

Assist in setting up and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and internal control

Assist in organizing corporate social activities/events

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration or other related discipline

At least 3 years of working experience in HR

Experience in IT industry is an advantage

Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related legislation

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized

Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
