Position Statement

Location: Hong Kong

We are currently looking for a Part-time HR Intern, is responsible for the day-to-day administration support on human resources functions including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), updating Target and supporting HR Department on punctual local HR projects.

Duration for employment is 3 months (July to September 2024), up to 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner (HR filing systems, leave and attendance records, training records)
  • Support in various employee relations activities and training programs
  • Company access card management
  • Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support to various departments
  • Assist in recruitment, performance management, MPF administration and regular reporting
  • Provide office administration services, procurement of office suppliers and other daily operations support
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • University students studying HR related subjects
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Competencies for this job

  • Skilled in the use of computers, adapts to new technology, keeps abreast of changes, learns new software quickly, uses computers to improve productivity.

  • Personal Organization:
  • Keeps information organised and accessible, maintains clean/functional workspace, works systematically/efficiently, manages time well. Sets clear, realistic, and measurable goals; sets priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects.

  • Planning:
  • Develops realistic plans, sets goals, aligns plans with company goals, plans for and manages resources, creates contingency plans, coordinates/cooperates with others.

  • Problem Solving/Analysis:
  • Breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, understands the difference between critical details and information that is less important. Is able to identify & diagnose key issues, seek relevant information, draw accurate conclusions/ inferences in order to find appropriate solutions. Overcome obstacles through systematic analysis.

    What we offer

    We offer a salary of HKD 320 per day to be paid in each month-end based on the actual service hours.
