Job Requirements

Degree holder

At least 8 years relevant experience in handling all-round Human Resources functions in a sizable and multinational company

A previous work experience in Electronic Manufacturing related industry is highly preferred

Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Office application

Highly numerate with strong analytical, problem solving, project management and multitasking skills

Strong interpersonal and commutation skills are necessary

Highly independent and self motivated with attentive to details

Responsibilities

Perform full spectrum of human resources and administration functions

Develop HR and company operation strategy

Develop and prepare HR analysis reports that delivery values for decision-making

Advise and enforce internal HR & administration policies and procedures

Other ad-hoc projects
