About the RoleServe as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunitiesWork closely with business leaders on recruiting talents, providing guidance on talent management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & developmentLead employee relations activities, including investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolutionDevelop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with the company's strategic objectivesAnalyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendationManage and seek to resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with centre of excellenceEnsure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulationsThe Successful CandidateDegree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplinesWith 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from multinational/ sizeable companyWelcome for all-kind of industries background with agile and fast-paced personalityWell-versed on local labour ordinance Good stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsProficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
