Job Description
This position reports directly to TA Manager, be in charge of fulfilling recruitment needs for business expanding, opportunity to approach the whole recruitment cycle in retail MNC.
- Lead the entire recruitment process including job briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application reviewing, candidate screening, interview strategy.
- Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional awareness to attract qualified applications.
- Leverage candidate databases (internal and external) in addition to other sourcing channels (university, competitive research, job fairs, social) to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions including cold calling prospects.
- Build, engage and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates within the functional area that your support.
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
The Successful Applicant
An experienced Recruiter, with a strong track record of timely feedback and follow-up as well as commercial sense of recruitment changes in market.
- You have a minimum of 1 years or more of total relevant experience.
- You are flexible, adaptable to retail industry and you persevere as deliverables and priorities change.
- You have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, a commercial mindset, as well as relationship management skills. You are hands on in filling requisitions, while you also think strategically and commercially.
- Good communication skill with different departments.
