We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Insurance Sales Strategy Manager..Principal responsibilities Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to develop and implement insurance sales strategies, business and marketing initiatives focusing on Mainlander business to achieve revenue targets Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including but not limited to product development, sales journey development and revamp ect. Monitor industry trends, conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth Manage sales analytics and data-driven insights to provide recommendations for performance improvement and capture sales opportunities Monitor sales performance and forecasts, and prepare management reporting materials Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external key stakeholders including insurance provider and internal distribution channels Requirements University degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Insurance or related discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategy and planning, sales analytics, or related field Good knowledge of retail banking business, with strong business acumen and numerical sense. Experience in insurance business is advantageous Self-driven, with the ability to solve problems with conceptual and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of sales pipeline management and forecasting Excellent written communication skills & high proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes, with the ability to work independently and under pressure (Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
