Intern - Sales AdministrationDigital IndustriesResponsibilities:Responsible for stocks/goods arrival handling.Assist on factory liaison, shipment follow-up, logistic arrangement, and internal workflowsHandle administrative work on data entry, filing and scanning.Support the team to perform project operation includes but not limit to billing, PO issuance, purchase request checking and handlingCommunicate with customer on payment and delivery related issuesVerify and book vendor’s invoices.Requirements:Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines will be an advantage.Good communication skill and can work independentlyStrong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-drivenWell-versed in MS Office and SAP is an additional advantageContract period for one year.
