Our client, , Global insurance company, is now looking for Business Analyst to join their teams.

Support the development, implementation and maintenance for HR payroll systems project Support business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements. Prepare documentations including test plan, business requirement metrics, test case, daily status report and UAT completion certificate. Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation. Identify the rooms of improvement on existing process/system and propose the enhancement required to uplift the buy journey experience and efficiency. Support business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Collaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirements. Coordinate and support the testing including prepare test plan, test case and conduct the testing. Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement Coordinates with project team and user taskforce to conduct timely business requirements and resources planning, process reengineering, UAT test and user training Works closely with parties from relevant business units, taskforce and supporting departments to identify business and service improvement opportunities Deals with external vendors to ensure the quality project deliverables can be achieved within pre-defined schedule Designs effective digital service to meet the needs of agency, brokers, customers and internal staff Discusses with different counterparts to shape win-win customization for team, business and customer specific needs. Experience and Competencies:
2-4+ years of experience in business analysis Tech-savvy with strong critical thinking skills and analytical skills Work in a high structured way and with strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to adapt and react to changes in the environment as new technologies present new opportunities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplined team Ability to work under pressure and face & handle clients & business stakeholders to advocate our platform usage Fluent in Cantonese & English Experience in insurance industry / Knowledge of SQL will be advantageous
