Job Posting Details The Co-curricular Programs Team is seeking a dynamic team member to design and facilitate personal development and experiential learning programs, and provide one-on-one or project advising to students. As a learning and development specialist, the appointee will lead projects in areas such as needs analysis, curriculum development, learning experience facilitation, feedback on learning evidence, report preparation, program strategy, promotion, and evaluation.In addition to engaging with students and facilitating relationship building, the appointee will develop strategic partnerships with other university departments to coordinate and implement student development initiatives. The appointee will be required to work outside office hours occasionally, and perform other duties as assigned by the Office.Applicants should have a recognized bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in youth development, experiential education, or corporate training. Experience using psychometric assessments will be an advantage. The appointee must be a fast learner who can apply the latest pedagogy and technology to engage students and manage multiple project-based assignments independently. Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English are required. The ideal candidate should be a good team-player who is self-motivated, action-oriented, and has a proven track record in leading projects.
