Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve company objectivesConduct sales performance reviews and sales forecasts to track implementation, customer and business metricsIdentify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customersProvide updated product training and create innovative promotional materials for the sales teamLiaise and collaborate with various internal and external parties, marketing team, medical teams and local networks to execute sales plan / marketing activities with overall business objectivesDrive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscapeRequirementsBachelor degree in Science or Business with at least 2-3 years working experience in pharmaceutical or medical marketing; with solid supervisory role is a plus Strong network in psychiatry, endocrine or ophthalmology is an advantageSolid marketing experience and knowledge on professional products (at least 6 years of marketing experience)Solid experience in handling marketing collaterals, events and detailing aids / brochures / patient leaflets / CME eventsGood analytical and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including MandarinCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
