Job Description
- Support marketing team (Brand Managers) in organizing various projects and campaigns;
- Support in internal (cross-functional team) and external (consumer/customer) stakeholder management including social media / CRM queries;
- Design, deliver and manage point of sales materials;
- Update/gather important data and prepare presentations;
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities; and
- Ensure smooth operation in procurement / payment process, copy clearance process, new product launch, research projects, POSM, and campaign executions
Requirements
- Degree holder in business or related disciplines, or above;
- Good communication skills with fluent in English & Chinese;
- Computer literate with good knowledge of using MS Office;
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines;
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach, exquisite communication and people skills.
