Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Hong Kong Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, Asia, the role will work closely with the Marketing/Business Development team. Responsibilities: Provide support for business development and sales activities for the firm and the attorneys, including formulating and implementing strategies, proposals, and client presentations Assist to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and targets, identify market trends and conduct business research Collaborate for events, networking, sponsorships, branding, marketing, budgets, networking, and opportunities for practice group success Develop marketing materials and manage data using technologies and external research databases Support research and aid communication with the local offices to advance marketing and administrative projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field  2+ years' experience in marketing in a law firm or professional services Business development or sales experience is a plus Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with WeChat is essential Language proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written) is a must - there will be a written test as part of your formal assessment. Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and other promotional tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
