Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, this position will be responsible for leading the daily operations of content planning, partnership and brand activations in Mainland China. Working closely with Marketing’s Strategy, Product, Consumer Engagement and Co-marketing teams on implementation of integrated marketing communication materials with the objective of planning and executing creative assets and activation ideas efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
To maintain, plan and execute the digital and social media plans for inbound especially China – responsible for the content planning, commercial opportunities and results tracking/analytics in our social platforms Ideate, articulate and lead the activation initiatives including advertising, digital and social, KOL management, partnership effort and events Working closely with other LOBs (Line of Business) to support the implementation of activation plans Responsible for supporting the communications for other LOBs - leverage / optimize / manage quality of assets produced Manage budget and deliver programs within admin and audit process Identify potential business partners to drive synergy and initiatives with other Disney entities in China to uplift branding and exposure of Hong Kong Disneyland Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing management or relevant disciplines Min. of 7 years of working experience in marketing communication or activiation with hands-on experience in China is a must Solid experience in managing social media and vertical platforms in China including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin Experience in developing and executing O2O marketing campaigns across various channels with established business networking in China Strong writing and presentation skills, proficiency in spoken and written English, native Mandarin speaker preferred Independent problem-solver, creative and analytical with ability to work in fast-pace work environment to deliver high quality work HKProfessional #LI-AI1
