Job description As the Marketing Manager for the overseas markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence and driving growth in key international markets.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and market penetration in overseas markets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, social media campaigns, email marketing, advertising materials, and more.Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and display advertising, to maximize campaign effectiveness.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and bring innovative ideas to the table.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimal 12+ years of work experience in a related role. Prior team leading experience is highly preferred.Proven hands on experience in driving B2C marketing campaigns targeting customers in overseas markets.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Results-oriented mindset with a strong analytical ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.Proficiency in English is required.
